In the Republic of Armenia the guarantee scheme of physical persons' banking deposits is regulated by the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Armenia.

The main law regulating the scheme is the law of RA on "Guarantee of Remuneration of Banking Deposits of Physical Persons" adopted on 24 November, 2004.

Certain issues related to the deposit guarantee scheme are regulated by the RA law on "Bankruptcy of banks and credit organizations".

Some issues in regard of the Fund operations are regulated by the RA law on "Foundations".
