The main objective of Deposit Guarantee Fund is to guarantee remuneration of deposits and to protect interests of depositors, as prescribed by the Law.

06.10.2009 Participation of the economist of the Fund in the conference organized in Basel, Switzerland The economist of the Fund Anna Martirosyan participated in the conference on the Core Principles for Effective Deposit Insurance Systems organized on 23-24 September 2009 at the Bank for International Settlements in the Basel, Switzerland.
The conference was co-sponsored by the Financial Stability Institute, the International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI) and the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS).
